Q: How Many Photos do I get with the tour? A: As many as it takes to present the property as well as possible. A Minimum of 10, probably more. It makes no sense to us whatsoever to limit the photos you need to effectively market the home.
Q: May I use the photos in other marketing Materials and on the MLS? A: Yes you may. You are granted an unlimited license to use the photos forever.
Q: What happens if the photos are seasonally outdated? Can they be replaced? A: Yes. We will re-shoot the exterior for half price of the original tour. The primary cost is for us to get out there to do it. If new interior photos are needed, we will need to charge the entire price.
Q: I need this yesterday. Is there a way to get it done quicker? Can I pay a rush fee? A: We do everything as fast as we can. You cannot pay a rush fee, but if you tell us you need it faster we will make every effort to do so. Normal turnaround is four business days. We may, at our option, work on the weekends and holidays. It is very difficult to rush quality.
Q: I am a pretty darn good photographer myself. Can I submit photos and get a break on the price? A: Yes. We will construct your tours for $65.00 This option is available on PayPal. Click on Order, fill in all fields, then select the $65.00 option on PayPal. We will email the upload link for your photos and supplements. Photos must meet our quality standards. If they do not, we will not build the tour, but we will refund your $65.00
Q: Speaking of Quality...what if I am unhappy with the photos or tour? A: We gaurantee our work. If the photos and tour pass our own high quality standards, we think you will be happy. However, if you are not, and let us know within 3 business days, we will (at our option) reshoot the tour at no charge or refund your money.
